He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Taylor Davis and Nola May Harris Davis; and his siblings, Louise Cansler, Shirley Mae Rambo, Patsy Austin, Robert Davis and Raymond Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Oliver Davis of Princeton; his daughter Carolyn Davis of Caldwell County; his siblings, Dema Faye Stallins of Hopkinsville, Gene Davis of Springfield, TN and Donnie Davis of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Ashley Alexander (Shane) of Princeton, John Curtis Davis (Jennfier) of Crittenden and Kyle Davis of Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Johanna Davis, Chloe Tempe, Adam Tempe, Taylor Davis, Oliver Davis and Ethan Graham.
