She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Duke and Bertha Hazel Cunningham Duke; her husband James Garrison; her daughter Penny Garrison; and her siblings, Bobby Duke, Jerry Duke, Tom Duke, Bo Duke, Brenda Lawrence and Ann Lopez.
She is survived by: her children, April Schaefer (Ryan) of Clarksville, TN and James Garrison of Henderson, KY; her siblings, Rue Duke (Hazel) of St. Charles, KY, Jimmy Duke (Faye) of Owensboro, KY, Sherry Murphy (Frank) of Michigan and Betty McGregor (Eddie) of Madisonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Autumn Garrison, Ethan Garrison, Jayda Garrison, Skyler Garrison, Peyton Garrison, Jaycie Garrison and Desi Hunt.
