He is survived by: his children, Candis Perkins of St. Charles, KY, Ashley Combs of Cadiz, KY, Ray Gene Goodaker of Las Vegas, NE and Darrell Christopher Allen Goodaker (Holly Michelle); his brother Donald Goodaker (Karen) of Dawson Springs, KY; and his great grandchild Amara Hopper.
