She is survived by: her husband Walter Phillips, Sr.; her sons, Mike Outlaw (Falon) of Nortonville and Walter Phillips, Jr. (Jennifer) of White Plains; her grandchildren, Collin Outlaw and Cassie Nelson (Cody) of Nortonville; and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Deacon Nelson.
