She is survived by: her siblings, David Coombs (Pam) of Hopkinsville, Steve Coombs (Silvia) of Hopkinsville, Helen Calhoun (Billy) of Hopkinsville, Lois Little (Jim) of Clarksville, Charla Lamb (Danny) of Murray and Cindy Gardner (Shawn) of Murray.
