He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jackson Neisz of Dawson Springs, KY; his stepson Matthew Jackson; his brother Larry Neisz (Cheri) of Madisonville, KY; and his stepgrandsons, Elijah Lane Jackson and Liam Jackson.
