She was predeceased by: her parent Recie Traylor Rollins; her former husband Warren E. Bay; her son Johnnie Zeman; and her siblings, Curtis Rollins, Donald Rollins and Loretta Applegate.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Wyatt of Dawson Springs, KY, Sandra Czyznikiewicz of Oak Forest, IL, William Zeman of Hawaii, Charles Hall III of Hawaii, Ronald Hall (Andrea) of Dallas, TX and James Bay of Dawson Springs; and her sister Shirley Selep of Des Plaines, IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
