He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovas Case and Mary Case Case; and his siblings, Lones "Buck" Case, Ovas Case Jr., Buford Case, Mamie Utley, Iola Rice, Mildred "Millie" Dunn, Lucille Riggs, Elizabeth Rader and Jeanette Case.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Case of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Jeffrey A. Case (Cynthia) of Gracey, KY and Jodi Smith (Amy) of Dawson Springs, KY; his siblings, Delmar Case (Carolyn) of Gibson City, IL, Marie Greenfield of Elkton, KY, Barbara Greenfield of Elkton, KY, Belle Greenfield (Richard) of Elkton, KY, Josephine Dossett of Elkton, KY and Geraldine Epley (Junior) of Elkton, KY; and his grandchildren, Timothy W. Case (Sonya), Michael A. Case (Paisley), Ellie Blake, Aiden Reid and Haley Reid.
