He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Parker, Jr. and Marie Hayden Parker; his daughter Ashley Mills; and his grandson Dustin Wallace, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Menser Parker of Princeton, KY; his children, Allison Allard of Madisonville, KY and Larry Parker, Jr. of Dawson Springs, KY; his siblings, Jeff Parker of Madisonville, KY and Anita Downey of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Devin Wallace, Corey Wallace, Brandon Wallace, Maci Morgan, Remington Allard and Harley Allard.
