With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Allen Short (Dawson Springs, Kentucky), who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Short and Irene Pharris Short; and his brothers, William "Billy" Kenneth Short, Richard Edwin Short and Timothy Garth Short.
He is survived by: his brothers, James Walter Short and Gary "Nick" Short; his sons, Matthew Allen Short and William Wesley Short; his daughters-in-law, Crystal Short and Audrey Short; his grandchildren, Matthew Allen Short II, Adeline GraceShort and Laine Elizabeth Short; and his stepgrandchild Aubrey Paige Burns.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Charleston First Missionary Baptist Church.
