He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer Menser and Lucy Esther Capps Menser; his wife Dorothy Elizabeth Blalock Menser; and his granddaughter Kelly Renee Ramsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Rosetta Marie Ramsey (James) of Frankfort, KY, Susan Lanette Menser of Dawson Springs, KY and Freda Davis Thomas (Gary) of Princeton, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Thompson, Jennifer Abney, Daniel Davis, Dr. Stephen Davis and Taylor Copple; and his great grandchildren, William Parker Abney, David James Abney and Riverlynn Copple.
