She is survived by: her husband Michael Johnson; her daughter Melinda Peyton of Madisonville; her siblings, Kenneth Ray Bourland (Angela) of Madisonville, Steven Ross Bourland (Kaye) of Madisonville, Donald Eugene Bourland (Julie) of Madisonville, Jerry Wayne Bourland (Sherry) of Earlington, KY, Sandra Walker of Madisonville and Karen Denise Holmes (Wesley) of Dalton, KY; her grandchildren, Cody Dewayne Vaught of Tennessee and Brandi Michelle Carroll of Madisonville; and her great grandchild Caleb Ray Clayton of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
