She is survived by: her husband Sammy Terrell of Dawson Springs, KY; her son Anthony; her daughter-in-law Michelle Terrell of Dawson Springs, KY; her brother Henry Lee; her sister-in-law Debbie Porter of Dawson Springs, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Phillip Winters (Renee) and Alysha Winters; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Isaiah, Tristan, Ryleigh, Luke, Lexus and Emilee Ann.
