It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Haile (Dawson Springs, Kentucky), who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Jack and Claudia Mae Sisk (Adcock); her husband Joe C. Haile; her children, Larry Joe Haile, Billy Ray Haile and Karen Janette Wyatt; and her siblings, Maurice Sisk, Johnny Sisk, Mildred Cotton and Myrtle Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Lantrip (Jimmie) of Owensboro, KY, Shirley Franklin of Dawson Springs, KY, Betty Alexander of Bowling Green, KY and Woodrow Haile (Patricia) of Nortonville, KY; her grandchildren, Cynthia Cavanaugh, Kristal Rodgers, Melissa Lantrip, Teriany Manning, Rochelle Leachman, Jennifer Brewer, Lyle Wyatt, Michelle Ladd, Jim Jr. Lantrip, Sandi Walker and Remington Willoughby; her great grandchildren, Cierra Burns, McKenzie Rodgers, Moriah, Isaac Manning, Josie, Maddox Walker, Harrison, Parker, Aidan Leachman, Brodie, Keagan, Jaycee Lantrip, Gage, Grayson Brewer, Lily, Harley Ladd and Stone Willoughby; and her great great grandchild Bellamy Burns.
She said the "Covid-19 2020 Drive-by Parade" was one of the best yet. Josephine gladly served as a "RSVP Volunteer" at the Tradewater Rehabilitation Facility in Dawson Springs and she enjoyed Wednesday outing trips to the Pennyrile Park Lodge to play Senior Bingo with friends Mary Ann Babb and Doris Sanders.
