She is survived by: her husband Thomas Johnson of Dawson Springs, KY; her daughters, Tammy Martin (Randy) of Dawson Springs, KY and Teresa Wood (Boyce) of Dalton, KY; and her siblings, James Robert Hopper of Hopkinsville, KY, Don Hopper (Mary) of Dawson Springs, KY, Judy Chester (Ron) of Dawson Springs, KY, Janie Parrott (Danny) of Madisonville, KY and Brenda Kay Bozell (Jimmy) of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
