He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Cummings of Dawson Springs, KY, Virginia Mitchell (Greg) of Dawson Springs, KY and Jodie Utley of Dawson Springs, KY; his brothers, James Vaughn (Marilyn) of Dawson Springs, KY and William Vaughn (Shirley) of Dawson Springs, KY; his wife Carol O'Bryan Vaughn; his daughter Carol Jeanette Vaughn; and his siblings, Virginia May Vaughn, Glenn Ray Vaughn, Sr., Harold Vaughn and Junior Vaughn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
