He is survived by: his children, Lisa Purdy of Dawson Springs, KY and Jeff Calvert (Brenda) of Providence, KY; his brother Doug Calvert of Olney, KY; his grandchildren, Karissa Russell (Austin), Kaila Weedman (Allison) and Madison Purdy; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Bullock, Gabriella Bullock, Paityn Russell and Roman Bullock.
