He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Rudolph and Martha Agnes Franklin; and his brothers, Robert Franklin and Keith Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fuller Franklin; his children, Thomas Franklin (Kim), Samuel Franklin (Ashley), Rose Camplin (Shawn) and Aaron Franklin (Kiona); his grandchildren, Christopher Franklin, Whitney Brooks, Melanie Slate, Ashley Hartford, Creed Franklin, Haven Franklin, Lillie Camplin, Drake Camplin, Riley Franklin and Aiden Franklin; his great grandchildren, Peyton Osborn, Jaxon Hartford, Lucas Hartford, Olivia Franklin, Hunter Franklin, McKenna Slate and Avery Brooks; and his brother Donald Franklin (Beverly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
