He is survived by: his daughters, Clara Curl, Jessica Gray, Tiffany McDonald of Fort Sill, OK and Kristian Miller of Edmond, OK; and his siblings, Jeff Bullock, Barry Bullock of Dawson Springs, KY, Pam Phelps of Princeton, KY, Debbie Purdy of Dawson Springs, KY and Aimee Wilkerson of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
