He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Marcy" Storms Smiley of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Serena and Ryan Smiley (Wayne); his siblings, Phyllis Blackburn, Shirley Boren (Bob), Linda Smiley, Ronnie Smiley and Gary Smiley (Kay); his grandchild Taylor Barnett Tyler (Olivia Gray); and his son Dylan. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
