She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Riley Winters and Mevline Elizabeth Powell; her husband J. W. Hendrix; and her brothers, Carlos Andrew Winters, Homer Eugene Winters and Leon Winters.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Ann Summers (Jeff), April Hendrix Cullen (Tim), Taresa Gail Linton (Robert II) and Jesse Wayne Hendrix (Sherry) of Charleston, KY; her grandchildren, Christopher Summers, Cody Summers, Travis Hendrix, Christopher Cullen, Wade Hendrix, Destiny Hendrix and Magen Faulk; her great grandchildren, Khloe Summers, Jerimiah Cullen, Canaan Cullen, Carter Cullen, Taylor Cullen, Travis Hendrix, Jr., Tori Cunningham, Jessa Hendrix, Jay Hendrix and Moxley Faulk; and her grandsons, Thomas Cunningham, Chris Cullen and Ryan Linton.
