He is survived by: his parents, Harold Ray Byrd Sr. and Betty Jean Johnson Byrd; his wife Paula Jane Brockman Byrd; his son Gabriel Byrd (Mackenzie Perkins); his stepdaughter Courtney Stinnett (Steven Putty); his grandchildren, Orion Matchen, Apollo Wynn and Mason Wynn; his brother William "Willie" Ray Byrd; and his sisters-in-law, Missy Crews (Rockie), Sheila Vaughn (Jerratt) and Deborah Brockman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
