He is survived by: his children, Rusty (Jamie), Michelle Lively (Ron), Annette Wright (Jeff), Guy Jr. (Nicole), Steven and Danny Slone; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Justin, Jessica, Jake, Dawn, Dana, Kiersten, Richard, Hannah Brandon, Meaghan, Taylor, Kayla, Andrew and Marissa; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Landyn and Aurora; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & dear friends.
