White) of Dawson Springs, KY, Lisa Dawn Washburn Adkins (Chris), Amy Albro (Shannon) of Greenville, KY, David Arlon Washburn (Lynn) and Nathan Stallins of Dawson Springs, KY; his sister Mildred Washburn Peters of Princeton, KY; his grandchildren, Jerad Arlon Washburn, Thomas Adkins, Justin Allen Washburn, Christina Dawn Tuckett, Christian Adkins, Zander Albro and Jaxon Stallins; his great grandchildren, Micah Washburn, Christopher Adkins, Leigha Adkins and Kyle White; and his niece Sharon Peters.
