He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Jenkins Holsclaw of Dawson Springs; his brother Roy Holsclaw (Anna) of Louisville; his stepdaughter Misty Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Shelby Newell and Ethan Johnson; and his pet Collar. He is also survived by two nieces; two great-nephews.
