He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Richard Carner; his wife Patty Carner; his brothers, Terry Carner, Tony Carner and David Carner; his mother Dorothy Carner of Nebo, KY; his children, Charity Earl (Scott) of Dawson Springs, Steven Carner of Dawson Springs and Jamison Carner of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister Sheila Tapp (Paul) of Nebo. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
