He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Tapp Buntin of Dawson Springs, KY; his daughters, Melissa Goodaker (Scott) of Dawson Springs, KY, Machelle Carter of Franklin, KY and Melinda Ferguson (Michael) of Hanson, KY; and his grandchildren, Tara Woodard (Adam), Kevin Jessie (Racheal), Kayla Goodaker, Stephen Jessie (Maggie), Daniel Goodaker (Jessica), Christian Carter (Ashley), Dillon Goodaker, Mackenzie Ferguson and Starla Cummings. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
