She is survived by: her children, Connie Crook (Freddy) of Dawson Springs, Sara Hollis (Nathan) of Slaughters, KY, Marian Ezell of Hopkinsville, KY and Kenny Ezell (Kim) of Madisonville; her siblings, Linda Hubbard of Madisonville and James Franklin (Karen) of Nortonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Nathan Allen, Kayla and Tyler. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
