It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Helen Tapp (Dawson Springs, Kentucky), who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Neoma Menser White, Eldred Menser, Marvin Menser, Glen Menser and Johnny Menser.

She is survived by: her sisters, Edna Menser Sisk, Ruth Menser Keller, Willa Dean Menser Furgerson and Christine Menser Shelton. She is also survived by twenty-two nieces and nephews.
