She was predeceased by: her husband James Aubrey Blanchard; her daughter Diane Dickerson; her granddaughter Holly McGuyer; and her brothers, Alvin Toler, Paul Jack Toler and Jefferson Toler.
She is survived by: her children, Rita McGuyer of Madisonville, Darleen Jones (Gary) of Beulah, KY, Tim Blanchard (Juanita) of Nebo, KY and Tommy Blanchard (Bonnie) of Beulah; her siblings, Greynell Shinn of Jacksonville, FL, Yvonne Lovenshimer of Florence, KY, Dickie Toler of Beckley, WV, Kermit Toler of Beckley and Hollie Toler, Jr. of Oceana; and her grandchildren, Tammy Cummins (Tim), Matthew McGuyer (Rian) and Sarah Blanchard. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
