He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bailey Elkins of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Elizabeth Elkins of Dawson Springs, KY and William "Billy"; his daughter-in-law Linda Elkins of Dawson Springs, KY; his sisters, Elizabeth Blaylock (Lucian Earl) of Elkton, KY and Helen Henderson of Christian County, KY; his grandchildren, Shelby Elkins, Colton Elkins, Kaylee Franklin and Lilly Felker; and his great grandchild Olivia Franklin.
