He is survived by: his wife Tawana Hensley Hooper of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Pam Morris of Dawson Springs, KY, Eddie Hooper (LaDonna) of Dawson Springs, KY and Jason Hooper of Robards, KY; and his siblings, Mike Hooper of Henderson, KY, Betty Pike (John) of Newburgh, IN, Phillip Donald Hooper and David Robert Hooper. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
