She is survived by: her husband Thomas Claybourn "Tommy" Hart, Sr. of Dawson Springs, KY; her children, Deborah Zolia (Larry) of Dawson Springs, KY, Susan Faizal (Nor) of Providence, KY, Thomas Claybourn Hart, Jr. (LaShanda) of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Justin Wayne Hart of Dawson Springs, KY and Donald Lee Hart (Tonya) of Rabbit Ridge, KY; and her sisters, Sylvia Cook of Fulton, KY and Beulah Mae Richie of Michigan. She is also survived by twenty seven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
