He is survived by: his wife Anita Parker Downey; his children, Christie Puckett (Bradley) of Columbus, IN, Sarah Rhew (Sean) of Knob Noster, MO and Andrew Downey (Whitney) of Evans, GA; and his sisters, Debra Rhew of Frankfort, IN and Annette Downey of Killeen, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
