He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Smith and Rhetta Mae Smith (Alexander); his son Steven Michael Smith; his sister Yvonne Fuller; and his niece Paula Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Faye Smith (Dunning); his children, Cathy Smith, Wayne Smith, Christy Darnell (Dwight) of Madisonville and Bo McGregor (Jackie) of Graham; and his siblings, Shirley Egbert, Joanne Fuller (Paul) and Freddie Smith (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 masks are mandated and social distancing is required by attendees.
