In loving memory of Daniel R. Peyton of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, who departed this world on August 19, 2024 at the age of 91. Daniel leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Modest Hallmark Peyton and Paul Peyton; his son Daniel Peyton, Jr.; his brothers, Bobby Peyton and Bill Peyton; his grandson Aaron Farmer; and his son-in-law Terry Tedder.
He is survived by: his wife Ola Mae Johnston Peyton of Dalton; his children, LaDonna Cates (Ned) of Madisonville, KY, Linda Tedder of Dalton and Mark Peyton (Becca) of Slaughters, KY; and his daughter-in-law Shirley Peyton-Martin (Eddie) of Dalton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
