He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Sisk and Lula Mae Sisk. He is survived by: his brother Glenn Ray Sisk of Dawson Springs, KY.; and his close friend Mark Allen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
