He is survived by: his children, Sarah Johnson (Bob) of Madisonville, KY and Jeff Simons (Cheryl Lynn) of Rockport, IN; his brother Jim Simons, Jr. (Anna); his grandchildren, Heather Orten, Clay Simons, Ben Johnson and Brad Johnson; and his siblings, Hazel Cox and William Edward Simons.
