He was predeceased by: his parents, Goble Legate and Ruth Allsbrooks Legate; and his close friend Penny Trautman. He is survived by: his sisters, Paulette Legate, Polly Brown and Kathy Legate of Madisonville, KY; his nieces, Lori Ezell (Cliff), Lisa Powell (Louis) and Lindy Brown; his nephew Eric Legate (Ashley); his children, Billie Trautman, Bonnie Trautman and Pat Trautman; his great grandchildren, Cade and Cainen Trautman; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla, Ashley, Hannah, Emma, Cliff III, Trey, Emily, James Willis, Hayden and Maddy.
In an effort to deter the spread of covid-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
