She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Sisk Green (Travis) of Dalton, KY; her sister Paulette Holmes (Larry) of Dalton, KY; her grandchildren, Cody Eugene Martin (Stephanie) of Dawson Springs, KY, Kaylee "Lucy" Martin of Dalton, KY and Jessie Everett Vance Martin of Madisonville, KY; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Martin, Paisley Martin and Adam Everett Dalton Martin.
