He is survived by: his daughter Megan Nicole Russell of Alaska; his mother Louise Marie Russell of Dawson Springs; his sisters, Susan Russell of Madisonville, KY and Joanie Scott (Joseph) of Greeneville, TN; his nephew Thomas Russell Scott (Kristen); and his nieces, Marie Scott Vogel (Greg) and Melissa Scott Delaney (John).
