He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Marvin Menser and Helen Elizabeth Yarbrough Menser. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Faust Menser of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Kelly Lane Menser of Henderson and Christopher Owen Menser (Dusty) of Richmond, KY; and his sister Marvalyn Menser Tolbert (Ronald) of Dawson Springs, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
