It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Laffoon of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wagner and Ruby Lena Brown Wagner; her former husband William Warren Allen, Sr.; her husband Richard John Laffoon; and her siblings, Wayne Wagner and Janet Carner.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Allen Cansler and William Warren Allen, Jr. (Lu Cinda) of Dawson Springs, KY; her grandchildren, Jason Allen Cansler (Melissa), Keli Tolbert (Ryan), William Tyler Allen (Meagen) and Deidre Jo Thomas (Roger); and her great grandchildren, Conner Ames, Bryleigh Tolbert, Brady Allen Cansler, Katie Marie Cansler, Silas Allen, Graham Allen, Olivia Jo Thomas and Carson Thomas.
