She is survived by: her husband Tim Cullen of Dawson Springs, KY; her sons, Travis Hendrix (Ashley) of Dawson Springs, KY and Christopher Cullen (Mary Beth) of Princeton, KY; her siblings, Rev. Jessie Hendrix (Sherry) of Dawson Springs, KY, Taresa Linton (Rob) of Dawson Springs, KY and Anita Summers (Jeff) of Dawson Springs, KY; and her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Canaan, Kayden, Carter, Travis, Taylor and Olivia.
