She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Lee Cotton and Elsie Bennett Cotton. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Tittle of Denver City, TX, Ricky Allen (Luann Chappell), Scott (Chasidy Chappell) and Benjy Chappell of Hopkinsville, KY; her siblings, Willa Dean Barnes of Newburgh, IN, Paul Cotton (Benita) of Dawson Springs, KY, Pevie Cotton (Patty) of Hanson, KY and Ronnie Cotton (Chestine) of Dawson Springs, KY; her husband Richard Chappell; her daughter Debra Jo Chappell Chaney; and her grandchildren, Kami Myers, Paul Cowan, Bradley Chappell, Micah Chappell, David Chappell, Austin Chappell and Casey Cotton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
