He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alton Dunning and Flora Ann White Dunning; and his wife Tommie Delane Dunning. He is survived by: his children, Daphne Delane Johnson (George Jr.) of Madisonville, KY, Rita Faye Smith, Beverly Ann Linville (Troy) of Dawson Springs, KY, Niles Alton Dunning and James Scott Dunning (Gloria) of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Christy Ann Darnell of Bo McGregor, J. J, Jennifer Johnson, Matt Johnson, Shawn Linville, Felicia Loney and Brooklyn Cox. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
