He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Sue Garrett Poliszczuk; his daughter Tiffany Ellen Burton; his son-in-law Dwayne Burton; his stepgranddaughters, Cheyenne Burton and Mallory Burton; his siblings, Donna Puccini, Janet O'Brien, Lynette McGee, Carol Doty, Diane, Gutierez (Gabe), Judy Goins, Fred Kujawski, Charles "Chuck" Poliszczuk (Nancy), Vincent Poliszczuk (Linda), Michael Poliszczuk (Lorie) and Bob Goins; his stepmother Barbie McNeely; and his mother-in-law Ella Jane Garrett. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and numerous cousins.
