She is survived by: her husband Maurice Allen; her daughters, Dr. Teresa Allen of Rocky Hill and Marina Shepherd (Rob) of David, KY.; and her grandchildren, Alex Maurice Gopinathan of New York, NY, Summer Nicole Ratliff (Hunter) of Ashland, KY and Haley Elizabeth Shepherd of Lexington, KY.
