She was predeceased by: her spouse Creed Gilliam; and her parents, Wallace P. Probst and Ethelle Marie Shephard Falck. She is survived by: her children, Creed Joseph Gilliam (Jennifer) of South Williamson, KY, Christal Noel Hager of Bowling Green, KY and Jessica Lynn Mattox (John) of David, KY; her siblings, Timothy Probst of Reno, NV and Nancy Probst of Marcell; her grandchildren, Dylan Kidd, Maxton Hager, Olivia Hager, Mason Hager, Sophia Mattox, Noah Murphy, Jordan Mattox and Sydney Mattox; and her great grandchild Owen Kidd.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
