She was predeceased by: her husband David Caudell; her parents, Shelvie St. Clair and Izola Mae Spencer Creech; her stepfather Willie Glen Creech; and her sister Sandra Kay Spivey.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Charles (Brien); her stepdaughters, Charista Wylie (Eric) and Takisha Caudell; her grandchildren, Nicolas, Jayden, Joseph Charles, Beth Ann, Jennica, Alyssa Wylie and Kirayl Caudell-Rosario; her niece Tracy Spivey Stevens (Heather); and her brother-in-law Sonny Spivey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
